Papa John's Pizza - Lithia Springs

Again and again this place has left me on wrong orders bad quality food and delayed delivery I will no longer visit this facility because every time I think it will be better the next time?s not. And no one ever answers the phone they pick up and let you hold for 20 minutes I called 20x on an occasion

Very rude employees requested a refund because they did not receive items as they were specified. The manager told me no door has it and she has too many. Ordering pizza at 1:00 p.m. was not yet called pizza at 1:30 p.m. DOOR DASH TEP STATED SHE WENT Bck to shop with my pizza. Why would I want to deliver a pizza to me after the manager was rude, she could have done something with the food. Hui!

If you order the delivery, go elsewhere. An order online for delivery (at 4 pm on Monday, so not during dinner or weekend break) that was estimated to deliver 30 45 minutes. The order was finished in 20 minutes and boxed, but after an hour of waiting the order had not yet left the store. I asked for an ETA, and the employee said the driver would have been in 15 minutes when it would come to my house, it would have been an hour and half of the waiting, twice as long as the original time estimate. I asked the employee for a voucher or discount for the extended waiting she said? Your order was refunded? and suspended on me. I found out after she hung up that she had completely canceled my order. I've never had a worse customer service experience before will never order from this store again.

Absolutely the worst people I have had to deal with. After the manager cussed me out and told me Papa John's advertisements lie when I asked for the pizza I had ordered, she sent two of her staff outside to bully me and run me off. I'm really not that threatening that someone has to send people to harass me, especially when I'm already standing outside a locked door.

Placed order for delivery. Order was wrong. Local store would not assist in fixing. Manager swears she made order correctly. My car is inoperable right now n they still wanted me to bring the pizza I asked to be delivered back to the store before they would correct. Still waiting to hear from the general manager. Check your order before you or the driver leaves even though it may not do any good.
