In a long but abbreviated story I moved to the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me (that should be fast and easy).... 15 minutes later I am STILL in the Callbox and Auto #1 is still on the window (some moved behind me, so at this point I was caught). I finally get my order and move to the window to pay for 10 minutes, and the guy comes into the window to confirm my order, it's WRONG. 10 minutes later, they ask me to go and they'll bring my food. 15 minutes later they'll take the food out... but it was again the command of WRONG. I had to get out of my car and go into the window... my whole presence was ignored. I had to put my head in to get attention. Tell them they gave me the wrong food and the person I spoke stopped another worker from going out of the kitchen to another car. My food should be handed over to others.... I've never seen people so confused in a fast food restaurant. I'll save my money next time and make a salad at home.
First automated loudspeaker system kicked ice, but the food was hot and correct. Only the problem was location and tried to get to the highway.
1. August, I came and ordered full loaded pommes. I hate how much cheese sauce that is usually put on the fully loaded fries because it makes the fries soggy. I asked the cashier if she could specifically say that they don't put so much cheese sauce and use about half of what they usually use. She correlated this message. I appreciate it. I love Yawl team, facts! A month ago: I know that Yawl works hard and sometimes busy, but everyone is always polite and nice. My order is always RIGHT, which prevents me from wasting time and money. Today I ordered number 3 and my bacon was perfectly cooked??? Crispy. Not overcooked or gummy and yawl not jumped on the bacon. My burger wasn't lubricated or mad. Thank you.
This location was the best experience for a checkers franchise. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were very efficient, and from the time to get my food was super fast. The young lady was pleasant and polite while I collected my payment and gave me my food. Cudes to personnel and management. Great job, guys?
I used to like the customer service. I'm not able to eat to much salty foods. So I don't go often. I ask that seasonings not be added to my burger when it's cooked. The salt on the seasoned fries is enough. It's always an issue. They told me 7 mins. I went to the window after 15 mins. They finally gave me the food with cold fries. I ask for hot. So then then they agree to cook fries but, if I wait then my burger will be cold. No Brainer. I ask for a refund. Which I got. What a waste of time. AND still no food. If I did my job so slovenly people would die.
