Ordered online at 10:15 said it would be ready and delivered by 10:45. Called at 11 and I was told they’re waiting on a driver. It’s 12 am still never received my food this is the worst experience with this location. At this point I don’t want the food anymore I want my money back!

Completely unprofessional staff. I had to wait for over an hour for my order. The manager was in complete Ghetto mode. When talking to the one customer, to whom she was very rude , she stated, This was her last week. I don 't think yall would be missing anything if that is the case. I 'm never going back to that Marco 's. However, I believe if they can 't get better customer service, we wouldn 't miss that place in our community.
I was charging my car in the parking lot and I walked in at 11:45 p.m. I am sure I was the last customer of the night. I ordered the deluxe pizza which has to be the most complex order. But Jazz treated me like I was the first customer of the day!! The piping hot pizza was wonderful and cooked to perfection in just a few minutes! But what I will always remember is the excellent service! Thank you again Jazz!! and as a business owner, congratulations to management for recruiting such an excellent team member! Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian pizzas
