Mcdonald's - LITHONIA

The restaurant isn't open 24 hours. So, what are the actual hours? It seems like people are making their own rules these days. I noticed the staff just hanging out in the dining area and their cars. If you're really closed, then why are you still there? It raises questions… I wouldn't be surprised if you're still on the clock while you're shut.

The service inside was quite slow; I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order. However, the food was good, which is a plus. I didn't let it bother me too much.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches, a medium fries, and two sweet teas. The chicken sandwiches were microwaved, which left the lettuce slimy and the mayonnaise hot. The fries were hard and overcooked, and there was no sweet tea available in the lobby. The kiosk was out of order, and there was no one at the front counter to assist customers. Overall, the restaurant appeared to be quite dirty when I entered.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I do understand working short staffed but one can still be courteous. I asked one staff member if there is anyone taking orders. Her response was.. with a nasty attitude.and I quote no we don 't have staff use thekiosk or have a nice day I am not arguing with anybody ..just for asking a question....WOW I left and want to anotherMcDonald 's.

I got out of the drive through line because it was almost wrapped around the building, and went inside@515. The time is almost 545 and I am still waiting for one of our orders. There was no one at the register to greet me or any of the other peoplewaiting.The cashier that finally came had awful customer service and nonsense of urgency. The manager was outside, with a manunloading the truck. He said, with absolutely no empathy or emotion that they were short staffed and we?d just have to wait. Youwould think that they?d take care of the people in the lobby, but they did the opposite. We were last. Our food sat on thecounter for the longest before they handed it to us, therefore it was cold.
