Feedback gevenThis is the worst Papa Johns I ever ordered food from. I ordered my food 42 mins before I went to pick my food up. I was told over the phone it would take 15 to 20 minutes. They had more than enough time to get my food ready. When I got to the store, thelady acted as if she couldn't find my food. So I walked backed to the car called the store and the lady that answered the phonetold me my food was ready. So I got out of the car again went to the door and the lady now is saying my food is in the oven.When I got home my pizza was not cut in slices they just put the pizza in the box without cutting it in slices after I waitedover a hour for the pizza. Their customer service and work ethics was terrible. I will never go back to this Papa Johns again.If I could give them a negative 10 I would.
If possible this location would get -10 stars. The customer service leaves a great deal to be desired and the product has declined in quality as well as portions. We ordered a large pie 1/2 meat and I will reserve the words and allow the pictures totell you the story of what $28.60 got us, of course we got bread sticks lol. Clearly the staff did not get to the part in schoolwhere they learned fractions since they did not know the difference between 1/4 and 1/2. The large pizza would not be consideredlarge even if midgets were evaluating the size. They have lost a customer for life. I did make an attempt to get this matterrectified before I left but the girl at the register seemed more amused by a plastic bag she was playing with than her job. Shejust brushed me off and closed the door. This is no longer my favorite pizza!
Honestly not the workers fault at all but I had to say something. This poor kid is by him self during lunch hours, cooking, taking orders, and serving. He needs help. I received text message stating the food is ready but of course the food is notready. He popped his head out of the door and told me it will take 10 more min. Once again, not his fault. It's the manager ofthis locations fault for not hiring more people.
Horrible food and customer service. Ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and the pizza was not cooked at all. I called to speak with management and they made no attempts to fix the issue.n Marcos pizza is better !
I am rating this resturant a three. 1 star for customer service. The staff was hard working and friendly. 1 star for short wait time. 1 star for the taste. The pizzas were delicious. I do however have two complaints: the veggie pizza had a lot of veggieson one side of the pizza and very little on the other side. The other complaint that I have is for alllllll pizza places...thinkof the pizza as a fraction and divide it into 8 even parts....please. it's very hard to share when the sizes are drasticallydifferent....equal slices...equal slices...I will go back.
