This Is It! Southern Kitchen -b-q

I had riblets, greens, and mac and cheese, and everything was delicious! I'm definitely going back from Birmingham, AL.

The service was quick, and I really enjoyed the food. I'll definitely stop by again on my way back to Mobile, AL.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent—it's hard to find a better combination!

Expensive....., the food is average, I've tasted better southern cooking for less, the location is great, always clean inside out, and the staff are professional. They have a steady stream of regular customers, plenty of parking. I don't mind paying more if the food is over the top, they tried a special of 2 selective dinners for $25.00, so someone must've mentioned their prices, they have several locations. I could've bought a bag of groceries for the price my hubby paid for 2 dinners could've eaten for at least three days. Small portions, big price. Had a dinner recently from here, the sweet potato soufflé was on point, the greens were a little tough salty, the green beans were heavily seasoned. The customer service is superior though. I've visited this location a couple of more times and the taste of the food has improved, the greens cabbage were cut up smaller , the cabbage was just right, not mushy had a good flavor, the greens were okay, you were not able to detect the sugar, the rice, pork-chop gravy were good...not the heavy spiciness of the past .....bravo!

GOOD !GOOD! DID I SAY GOOD?. I was in GA visiting my sis. Went to this place and did I say it was good?! Brought back almost $50 worth of rib tips and beef ribs. wish they would open one in alabama.
