Moe's Southwest Grill - Lititz

I was really disappointed by the quality and service at this restaurant. The staff took an unusually long time to come out and take our orders. Then, the person who was supposed to serve me went into the back while my food was ready and waiting. He came back out chewing a bite of food and immediately took my order. It was concerning to see such a lack of leadership and supervision among the workers. It's disheartening, as this used to be a family favorite.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the staff was incredible. They regularly checked in to ensure we were happy and taken care of. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about their work and the customers. I truly hope this place never changes.

Moes knoes best! If you want to fill your belly with pure goodness. Go to Moes. They have a variety of options and meats to choose from. Their burritos are bangin' and monstrous. You get a bag of tortilla chips with your order. With and handful of salsa options!!! TVs inside modern new restaurant... I definitely recommend you go to Moes if you haven't already, you will be glad you did! Lol

I love Moe's! Always consistent service and they use quality ingredients . I travel alot for work and I always find Moe's for a quick healthy lunch or dinner. I love the free chips, availability of fresh cilantro and lime wedges. The Lititz Pa store is always clean and they keep things moving right along with no wait. Its definitely worth the stop!

I'm really frustrated with this restaurant. I ordered a tofu burrito since I don't eat red meat—it makes me feel ill. Halfway through the burrito, I discovered that it actually contained ground beef, cleverly hidden among the rice and beans. I checked the order slip, and while my name was on the bag, the burrito itself had someone else's name on it. I called the restaurant, and they refunded my order, but now I'm not only hungry but also facing an uncomfortable evening ahead. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my order here. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place.
