El Jaripeo - Little Chute

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and humorous, providing all their guests with excellent hospitality and a wonderful experience. I've dined at numerous Mexican restaurants all over, but El Jaripeo stands out as my favorite. It's a charming and cozy spot known for its generous margaritas. I highly recommend the Molcajete or the Burrito Cancun.

However, there were some drawbacks: it was a bit noisy, and our waitress wasn’t attentive. We waited over 10 minutes without our drinks while she chatted at the bar. Another server eventually came by and filled our drinks. We also had to wait for napkins, and the chips and salsa were served after our drinks. After finishing our meals, the waitress didn’t check on us again until it was time to settle the bill, and she didn’t return our change.

Having lived in New Mexico for 15 years, I can confidently say this is the best authentic Mexican food in the valley! The service is exceptional, and the staff feels like family. You truly can't have a bad meal here! Unless, of course, your idea of Mexican food is Taco Bell—if that's the case, you haven't experienced real Mexican cuisine.

Texas Burrito, steak, no tomatoes. I didn't need a menu for years, because this is by far my favorite food of all time!! I would give this place 6 stars if I could!!
