I can handle messy food, and food put together too fast its sloppy, but when u pay almost 5$ a taco and they taste like plastic or something that shouldn't be consumed its a giant disappointment and waste. The worker thew handfuls of the sauces in my bag like it was some kind of joke to crush my food. After i got home and pulled out all the sauces all my food was upside-down and leaking all over the inside of the bag. The soft shell tacos where not even folded they wrapped them in paper while flat making the cheese and meat on the inside adhere to the wrapper. The taco bell staff asked me at least 5 times if i was with door dash (I am not, would door dash make my food better quality? . TBH the little chute location is the worst taco bell from Green Bay to Appleton. I ordered from the App which I recommend (so they get your order right but the app charged me 3 times for my order which ended up being over 100$! I called the location and the staff that answered was very rude and upset, I asked for the manager and the manager was very nice and cool, he told me exactly what to do to solve the problem. It took less than 3 minutes for the manager tell me what to do to get a quick refund. My money was refunded within the hour from the app back to my card. Beware anyone going the the little chute location. Only one of my items didn't taste like plastic and that was the fried chicken avocado ranch wrap. Everything else was not edible. A franchise owner should be ashamed, go across the street and observe Culver's employees and why they are so happy to work and make their food look amazing and presentable. (Culver's food is very bland to me, but is still edible compared to Taco bell
There were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it took 32 minutes for me to get to the payment window. I paid for my order and the cashier said, Your food will be here as soon as it 's ready. 6 more minutes to get my food. No napkins. Do we have to ask for napkins now? The food was good.
Last three times (over the course of 8 months) have been terrible. It’s not as if over the course of a a couple weeks I’ve had bad experiences but it appears to be a sustained lack of care.. food is poor quality, missing items each time, something’s out of stock, broken, or payment methods are limited. It appears the windows have never been cleaned. Who ever the manager is should be fired. Or better yet close this location. Now that I see it’s basically 2 stars with almost 1,000 reviews make sense….
Tried the volcano combo and it was so horrible. I was craving it and then realized why I never eat here. I don’t know why I have high expectations for fast food chains. This is the lowest of the low.
We ran out of breakfast for the 3rd time? And breakfast doesn 't end till 11:30 am...please get your head out of your arsenal (Google censorship) and learn inventory control. There have been times when workers didn 't even show up to the store to work. If you can 't run a franchise, there 's always bankruptcy paperwork you can pick up.
