Worse customer service ever. I pulled up to the drive through and I couldn’t even get my order out and my request made because the older woman kept talking over me. When I got to the drive through I tried to make the request she told me to pull up and she slammed the window in my face. There was no cheese on my sandwich and I couldn’t even ask for hot sauce or ketchup. I used to love coming here when I visited home. I will NEVER be back as long as service is that way and that old bat is there!

My catfish was terrible, and I LOVE catfish! I was so grossed out that I threw my order in the trash.

Typical Captain D. Herbert shrimp is really good. Miss the condiment bar they just give you packets now so the tarter sauce isn't as good.

My husband and I went here to eat. The food was hot. The only problem I had was that we had to ask for food items that we were missing that supposedly came with the meal and very stingy with the condiments. The service was okay, nothing to brag about. The atmosphere was okay, considering no one was in the restaurant.

Food is usually hot, but Ms Shirley will not let you get a word in while she is taking your order. She doesn’t listen or allow the customer to talk! I dread hearing her on the speaker.
