Feedback gevenOn October 6,2022 I placed an online order at Dominos at 8300 Stagecoach Rd around 7:20 pm .. The order didn?t get delivered til around 8:40 Pm . My Orders was Cold , not only cold it was incorrect .. So I drove to the location to ask them to remake myorder .. When I arrive I talked to a guy (didn?t get his name) he told me he would tell them to remake my order . Since I waswaiting on the drive thru , I pulled into a parking space to let the cars behind me order .. I waited about 20 minutes, then Iwent back thru the drive thru . When I got back to the drive thru another guy told me that they wasn?t making my order becausehe wasn?t sure if I wanted it to be remade . But, I had already told the other guy I wanted the order remade .. So I just askedfor a refund since my order wasn?t remade . The guy told me ?we don?t do refunds? and slammed the window in my face . So Iknocked on the window and asked for a refund again . This time he told me I had to wait on the drive that delivered my order tomake it back to the store to get a refund . I asked ?do you know how long that?ll be? he said he didn?t know and slammed thewindow in my face AGAIN
Find and use coupons! Otherwise it will get expensive. My favorite Domino's pizza: thin crust, spinach and feta, with chicken and bacon. Mind blowing!
They actually serve sliced pizza, instead of the the indentation lines that Pizza Hut has. Nice pickup window, good pizza. The chicken's good as well. (Food EATS salad, so I haven't tried that.
I'm giving this location two stars I really wanted to give it none not because they're Pizza is low quality Cassie one of the managers is very disrespectful and on 7-10-2022 at 4:59 p.m. she snatched my card out of my hand had an attitude with me over adiscrepancy in the number gave her the name associated with the number obviously the name was different but the number was thesame still she shouldn't have snatched my card out of my hand once I asked her for napkins she said there's some right on thecounter forcing me to open up the napkin holder to take out a bit of napkins when it comes to customer service if you don't wantto do it don't work there I look forward to contacting management tomorrow on 7/11/2022
Placed an order that was supposed to be ready for curbside 4:24 at 4:30, I went inside to ask about my food. The guy working didn?t know how to print the ticket his words) so my pizza had been sitting there just waiting because he wasn?t sure whatelse was with my order. It then was another 15 minutes of waiting for my wings. Employees should be trained better
