What a delightful surprise hidden away in the hills! The service here was outstanding, and the food was absolutely incredible! The chicken soup and vegetable soup were incredibly tasty. I can't forget to mention the Grilled Cheese Sandwich—it will delight your palate and bring a smile with every bite! Trust me, you'll want to keep this sandwich all to yourself. Our waiter was pleasant and respectful, which added to the overall experience. I was truly pleasantly surprised!

We visited HCM Green for dinner for the first time, and the food was excellent. I tried the salmon, along with shrimp and grits, and both dishes were delicious. However, the service could use some improvement; it felt both overwhelmed and lackluster, which seems to be a common issue these days. We plan to return next time we're in the area.

Upon entering, a young man greeted me warmly, and I checked with him to ensure I was headed in the right direction for red meat. To make a long story short, there was some confusion at the butcher's regarding the difference between ground beef and steak. He insisted that they were essentially the same and informed me that I couldn't buy a steak weighing close to 5.0 lbs, stating that the food wasn't in season and that their beef was far from local. I've been on the lookout for a better food shopping experience than I’ve had in the past, but I felt like I was being treated with suspicion, as if I might steal something when I tried to explore items of interest. I expressed interest in some cheeses, but since their meats and dairy products aren’t local, I wasn't surprised by the selection of cheese either. The store's white meat section could use some improvement, although the BBQ area looks appealing. Their advertisements for chips are impressive. In conclusion, I would suggest that this business focus more on its fresh products, flowers, and wine offerings while keeping the chips near the entrance for easy access. Increasing the variety of cheese would also be a good move.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They have old molds producing constantly and no butchers on hand can cut meat even though there is a grocery store in it with a butcher shop. It doesn't matter much, because especially with the prices they run there. Would recommend today

Wife said it was the best turkey burger she has ever had. And my beef burger was also one of the best I ever had. You could tell it was freshly ground and cooked perfectly. Anytime we need a burger fix, we will go nowhere else! Next time I want to try the Killer Shrimp and Cheddar Grits...if I can actually pass on getting the burger!
