Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Little Rock

While I went through my family and I stopped for lunch. When we went across the staff, Hispanic was with very minimal English-speaking skills. It felt like we were south of the border. The service was fast, but our order was wrong...language barrier I guess... They were from BBQ sauce and the biscuit was dry and hard (so they may eat them in Mexico. If I could give a zero star, I'd be sure.

If I could judge zero stars, I would. I went to this place and ordered an 8pc nugget meal. I asked to order the food fresh. When I received my food, I immediately noticed that it was not fresh or decent warm. I asked for fresh food and I was told that the food was not made long ago and that it was good 30 minutes. The food was hardly warm and you could say that it was a while. I got a replacement. However, the replacement was the worst as the first order. The chicken nuggets were boiled and cold and the biscuit was hard as if it was on high microwave. I went to the car-dru and politely informed him that I did not receive fresh food and that the food was boiled. The Hispanic man I spoke with had a very fighting and rude attitude with me. He asked me very rudely if I wanted to wait 12 minutes after waiting twice for fresh food. I told him politely that I couldn't wait an additional 12 minutes after the fall to this point. He says rudely, give me your reception and your food and give me a refund. I share my experience because I have never experienced this kind of rude and unprofessional customer service. I will not bring my hard-earned money into this food chain and be treated again in this way. That was unacceptable.

Amazing staff and food. Highly recommend the frozen strawberry lemonade, though it may be a little sweet its not too sour. Chicken was delicious, so was the Mac-n-cheese, Cajun fries, and coleslaw

(AGAPE) POPEYES CHICKEN SPICY, the food was delicious ? service SPAC-TABULUS ??????, I could taste the love in the chicken and red beans and rice, Cole slaw was fresh, crisp and kold just like I desired. Great job to the employees and management for your dedication to ones duty/MINISTRY ?? MY PASTOR AND I LOVED THE FOOD AND TRULY ENJOYED OUR VISIT ?? Called to confirm the Halal items. Bone in items are halal, was told! It is fried chicken! Nothing special. We got the 12 piece menu and the food was mediocre. Coleslaw and French fries were really good. Kids liked everything. Orders were ready in a few minutes. It was nice to try but won?t be craving it at all.
