Slim Chickens - Little Rock

I wish I could give this restaurant a 0-star rating. I have visited this place multiple times, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The woman who is always at the front window is extremely rude and has poor customer service skills. During my last visit a few days ago, I stood in the lobby for about 7 minutes without anyone taking my order. She completely ignored me and failed to acknowledge my presence. I refuse to spend nearly $20 on such terrible service. I left the restaurant and will not be returning.

During my most recent visit, the air conditioning at the restaurant was not working, resulting in a temperature of around 90 degrees Fahrenheit inside. It seems clear that the franchise owner is trying to cut costs at the expense of customers, as another branch in the same city also had their AC turned off. It is highly unlikely that both locations would have broken air conditioning units at the same time.

The floor was incredibly sticky, causing me to carefully lift my feet with each step. The lady at the front counter seemed unhappy to be there and charged us for extra sauce that we never received. Additionally, my friend's order of garlic parmesan chicken strips was not fulfilled. Although I typically enjoy thin chicken, the overall experience this time was disappointing. I have no plans to return to this restaurant in the future.

This is the best Slim Chickens location in the city. The food is good, the restaurant is kept clean, and the service is good.

The guy taking our order was the rudest person I?ve come into contact with. He was rushing and he confused us by the very few words he would say?.. Got to the window and we got more confused?.. I?m not coming back to this place. To many chances given and always a bad experience.
