Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Little Rock

Outstanding service! My friend and I mistakenly ordered the wrong smoothie through the app. The manager graciously offered to make us the correct smoothie at no charge, even though it was our mistake. The staff was incredibly friendly, despite the restaurant being very busy while they worked to fix our order! We will definitely be coming back to this place.

Fast friendly service. The smoothie was not as good as usual, so the 4 stars instead of 5.

Went inside at 13:15 and stood waiting at the counter and watch four (4) employees work online and drive through orders. Nobody ever saw me standing there for 5 (five) minutes. I'm right with you without anyone who's sick. The manager wasn't present or I'd tell her something. I will never go to this place again, although it is within walking distance.

Very good service. The location was clean and all employees were pleasant. My order was very fast and more than it was. All the employees present spoke and asked how things were. Really good experience and if I ever again in Arkansas this place will get my business.

Use to be my favorite Tropical Smoothie in the area, but it seems like they?ve gone downhill lately. Took one bite of my southwest burrito and found a sticker.
