Fantastic location! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the sandwiches were fresh and prepared exactly to our liking!

The bread was incredibly stale and crumbled at the slightest bite. They didn't have enough ingredients to make a footlong sandwich, so we asked if they could use a couple of meatballs instead. To my surprise, they charged extra for those meatballs and for ordering two different items. Be cautious when visiting this place—make sure to count your change and watch for hidden charges. This restaurant doesn’t even deserve one star.

The bread was so stale that it crumbled apart when touched. They didn’t provide enough to make a footlong sandwich, so we asked for just a few meatballs. They mentioned that they could make the sandwich different, but I later learned there would be extra charges for those toppings. They seem to be very cautious with their portions and charge extra for practically everything, which left me quite disappointed.

Metro, conveniently located just south of VRG on I-15, opened about a year ago. The restaurant meets company standards, with good cleanliness both in the dining area and regarding food handling. The bread was fresh, and the tables were clean and well-maintained.
