Coffees are expensive, and the food is mediocre. They no longer have the local feeling that made them such a great place years ago. Nothing fresh, all the food has that McDonald's or fast food industrial vibe. Find and support a local shop if you can.Fresh locally made donuts made them worth going to. Now the boxed ones at the store look and taste better and they are awful.

Took like 20 minutes for bagel minis. I was in a rush and asked for a refund and was told “no we don’t give refunds when are manager isn’t here”. Unacceptable. I worked at a Dunkin’ for years a while ago.

Why is there a piece of wood in my coffee? Westford Board of Health, how have you not shut them down?

Great location employees are kind and helpful at least for me when I walk in I am graded.
