Feedback gevenNew administration! this is a drastically different review than what I would have left a few months ago. a few months ago they had luck getting what they ordered, even if they watched them, make it. a few months ago, it would take an hour to deliver their sub-mile away. a few months ago there was almost zero customer service. that was it. changed. we ordered a plaque of subs to the birthday of our daughter. we knew the risks on the basis of our history with this JJ’s, but it was the most convenient. I wanted to get the plate and knew something was different, I was believed by someone with a smile. has thrown me away somehow, not lying. they come to find out that we had ordered the plate wrong for the next day, but they said they could knock it out and get it ready in 5-10 minutes. I was glad to wait. during my waiting I was hardly on my handy because I watched this TEAM work together, others welcomed, commanded knocked out and worked like a well-oiled machine. it was such a drastic difference from what I was used to this JJ site. this is all a super long way to say, give this place a second chance and help the new management build it back to a great place to grab a freaky fast sub!
I'd give a zero if I could. I work in the same shopping complex as they, too foot reach of maybe 2 minutes, but some days, I can't leave my building on a lunch break to get food because as busy it is, so I pay extra to have delivered my food. I don't care to pay extra for delivery or even to type so I can eat on a busy day, but I never waited for a delivery for so long. I'll wait 1-2 hours for my lunch. fast? what a sweat.
Slow delivery! consistently an hour or more for food. I called the restaurant to cancel my order and no one answered. my man went into the loading and my order was sitting right there, almost an hour and a half after ordering. interesting that after he picked it up and I got a notification that my order was for delivery!? the delivery fee was refunded, but he had to go back and ask to be the top refunded, and he was intimidated that her tip was and the delivery driver in over, as everyone wants to be first! never again at this place.
Somehow the worst sandwich shop of the world- this location can do nothing right, they do not read online orders, they do not supply. even the ordering personally I never even got what I ordered.
Being from the east coast, there 's nothing like a good sub/hoagie/grinder! We gave Capriotti 's a go and were disappointed, so Jimmy Johns was our go to. We took our two boys and grab a giant Vito Italian sub, as well as the Beach Club turkey and Avo sub. We like them loaded with veggies, Italian dressing and Jimmy peppers...as a sub should be! Well, they didn 't disappoint! Subs were delicious and made well. Also, since we just signed up for the Jimmy Club, we got a free sub via the app, which we ordered to go...I mean why not?!? The place was clean, not very busy and the young staff was nice enough and polite. A couple of them weren 't too happy to hear our requests to customize our subs, with a bit of a 'you 're bothering me ' attitude, that 's why I gave them a 4 star. Great sub in a local spot!
