Schneids' Smoke Shack - Littleton

Its Hogback BBQ now and the brisket is amazing. Was going to have a few bites and save the rest for dinner, but ate it all instead. Delicious! Potato salad is pretty good too. The owners are cool and the employees are very nice. Will definitely go back!

Found this little gem on our way south to the Springs and SOOO glad we stopped!! No frills interior and friendly service (from the owner! were a plus. But what's really worth remembering was the smoked baby back ribs. Deep smoky flavor, cooked just right and paired perfectly with your choice of sauce. (Go hickory! Definitely coming back . . . and soon!

The name is Hogback BBQ now. I've been here twice in the last month, once with a large party, no problems either time. New owners seem to be pretty excited about improving the place and keeping customers happy. I'll be back again.

Schneids' has the best BBQ Ribs in the entire Denver-metro area! Simple atmosphere, great staff, and GREAT prices.
