Chicken Now - Livermore

I get that it's a fast food spot, but the chicken really shouldn't be frozen.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but I've noticed that the chicken has become dry and lacks flavor compared to when they first opened. It also seems tough and stale, as if it has been sitting in the freezer for too long. The service was also disappointing.

They mentioned they had nothing grilled on the menu, which is half of what they offer. After I placed my order, it seemed like they just didn't want to prepare it, as there was no indication otherwise.

The food is quite good, but my experience has been negatively impacted by the woman with the red hair at the register. She is consistently rude and unprofessional, making each visit unpleasant. It feels like she could benefit from some retraining, or perhaps even being let go. Additionally, the restaurant often opens late. Today, for instance, I arrived at 11:10 AM and was told she needed 10 more minutes, after which she simply turned her back on me. Her eye-rolling and attitude really detract from the overall experience.

The service can be quite rude, but the chicken is absolutely fantastic. The tenders are crispy, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly salty—everything you could want in fried chicken tenders.
