First star for location and menu. It was easy to find and the menu had many great options. Second star for customer service and price. It wasn't too expensive what I would expect to pay for ice cream. The server was very friendly and helpful. Third star for the quality of food. The ice cream was pretty good, but the fact that they warm up the cookies and then put more than enough ice into them, made it so much better. I had double chocolate chip cookies that were soft, but helped things stay together and mint chocolate chip ice cream. You can also choose a free topping. Fourth star is for my satisfaction and experience. I have a snobs expectation when it comes to ice and I was really looking for something great and I found it there. The taste was good, the quality was good, and the location was near where I ate lunch. I didn't give this place five start because it didn't open until much later in the afternoon, and the overall experience wasn't as breathtaking as it might be. The ice sandwich is high quality and good tasting, but the rest of the shop didn't have much that woke my interest. I would recommend this place to everyone, but maybe to share something unless you love candy.

I have so many uncompetent friends who would benefit from this store. like an ice sandwich with two biscuits and a pot of ice is so simple – but they would not be able to fulfill the task. That's why this place is perfect for them! so I could offend them by bringing them here, but also enjoy some delicious ice cream and warm cookies. <3 this place is a good one.

Nice staff, but the cookies are not very soft and can be warmed a little longer. The ice bread is good.

The store is nice and clean, has plenty of seating, and the guys who worked behind the counter for my visit were very nice. I was very impressed by the range of options, including numerous vegans - a rare find in an ice store! I have an ice cream sandwich with fudge cookies and mint chocolate chip ice cream and was quite satisfied. The biscuits were decent, but the ice was soooo good- silky and smooth, not icy as some subpar vegan ice cream can be. If I return, I would skip the cookies and just go for the ice, but you really can't go wrong with these two ways!

The owners haven't put up a sign, but Cream has gone out of business (or they've gone on a months-long vacation! They haven't been open in over a month. They still have a link for orders here on Yelp, don't order they're gone.
