Slow staff and not happy to be at work.The taste of my meal was awful.My meal was 1 out of 5.My experience was horrible and food took 20 minutes wait with only one customer ahead of me getting 1 taco.El Pollo loco on Fallon Rd is amazing.

Food was not terrible but not very good either. I did get there close to closing, however, you should still get good food.

The evening of my visit was quite busy for them, yet the team there maintained their friendliness and were as prompt as possible. Alfonso, one of the staff members, assisted me with my order. Despite my lack of the correct coupon, he made the extra effort to locate one that applied to my purchase. Although clearly swamped, he never let his smile falter and dedicated time to support me.
