Starbucks - Livermore

Saturday, bad idea for having a coffee at starbucks. The staff were in trouble and the clients had to wait around 20

Just had an awful experience here. I ordered 2 coffees and 1 croissant from drive-thru and when paying, I was asked by a short hair female staff to press 4 and then tap the card. After I left, I realized that what she asked me to do was to input the amount of tip. This is definitely fraud.

One of the largest locations for Starbucks I have been to. Staffed well with a drive through which was busy. Plenty of room to sit inside and out. Mobile station order also here. Register staff was not as on top of their game compared to anyone else in there. Place was spot less although it was raining (staff was keeping it clean).

Oy I asked for an espresso cappuccino venti they only gave me 3/4 of a glass I asked the worker for a little more coffee she told me not very rude that's how they were served I insisted and she didn't want to reluctantly she threw me a little more and gave it to me charged again they sell you a large coffee and they only serve you as if it were small and I decided that I will not spend a single dollar in those places ?

Usual Starbucks but they serve mobile orders before they service in store orders.
