Starbucks - Livermore

Unfortunately, this is not just a bad picture. This location isn 't the easiest to find with no store sign visible from just driving by. The big tree in front just complicates things! That 's why I gave 4 and not 5 's .... the staff is always super nice and friendly... thanks for that!!! ???

On 10/06/23 at 10:15am a staff member named Angela was incredibly sweet. She listened to how my morning was going and helped me decipher my coworkers drink order. I hope to have her as my barista again!

Ordered Venti drinks and received a grande. How can a batista be confused with the size? The soy green tea drink ordered was of poor quality.Pathetic person. Needs to be fired.

Tasty latte and egg bites— shop and restroom clean… Unfortunately, when I went to the counter, I was ignored by the staff that were nearby, and had to wait until someone came from the back before any acknowledgment. It’s really just as simple as saying ‘XX will be right with you,’ if the register person has stepped away for a moment.

I've been in a few times and have been really pleased with the quality of the shots at this location. I love to get an iced dirty chai and Momo, a Barista at this location, makes the best one I've had in a long time. Keep up the great work!
