Feedback gevenI stopped going there for about 7-months because the sandwiches they were making were nothing like the pictures, meaning the meat (protein) was about a fouth of what is supposed to be.Tried today since Subway came out with a new menu and thought the owner would make the sandwiches with the amount of meat(protein) that was supposed to be on it and NOPE! Opened the sandwich and thought at first there was no meat, but it was hidden behind the lettice with AGAIN a fourth of what is supposed to be on it. Paying FULL price for a quarter of the sandwich. Corporate needs to look at this franchise as they are not making sandwiches per the SOPs!!!
The worst sandwich I have ever paid for . I did not taste the Tuna the veggies washed out any Tuna, Pepper Jack cheese , pepperchines , the Coke and chips were the best part of that meal. Save your time and money. My star values are very generous. $10.89 for the meal I felt abused. Save your Cash
The lady was coughing, didn't cover her mouth didn't change her gloves and when I asked her if I can get a new sandwich before she finished, she said that she was coughing from the jalapeños and that's totally fair, whether or not she's sick though, she coughed and didn't feel the need to change her gloves. That is a major health code violation and concern. She kept on the same pair of gloves from when I walked in until I walked out.She was polite in refusing service to me afterwards and that's fair. If that was her stance when I asked, then I would rather eat somewhere else as she suggested. If a supervisor reviews this, I came in between 1100 and 1120 11/29. I don't care to be compensated. Just figured the staff needs training in health code violations like changing gloves in between stations and cleaning your hands.
As soon as I walked in this store it was very clean and the Workers were very polite and told me hello welcome in as soon as I entered. And the lady attended me very quickly and I was happy because I was running late. Turns out i got to work in time because of the sweet lady that worked there. I totally recommend every person to visit this Subway!!! It's so good And I enjoyed my experience in this store. Now this is my favorite Subway Restaurant. I come like 3 times a week because of the service and because they actually get my order right and they are very generous and patient for when you are ready to order. I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS STORE A 100 instead of a 5!!! I love this store. And The workers are always such in a good mood and gives high energy and makes you feel welcome.
I recently visited the Subway at 889 B Airway Blvd in Livermore with a couple of coworkers to grab some sandwiches.Before diving into the main review, let me share a brief backstory. A day prior to our dine in visit, I ordered an Uber Eats delivery from this location. My order was a Footlong Ultimate BMT on Italian Herb and Cheese bread with the following ingredients: 2x Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Pickles, Green Pepper, Black Olives, Onions, Jalapenos, Banana Peppers, Oil, and Red Wine Vinegar (even though there's no actual red wine in the sauce, haha). I also added the MVP Parm Vinaigrette sauce. The sandwich was perfectly made with all the ingredients, and it looked and smelled fantastic. Notably, it had a generous amount of Pepperoni, Salami, and Ham. However, the issue was that it was only 6 . I called the store, and after checking, they acknowledged the mistake and offered to make the other half for me the next day.The following day, as I was about to head out to get my sandwich, a couple of coworkers asked to join me for lunch. So, the three of us went to this Subway. The staff recognized me immediately and proceeded to make my sandwich. However, to my surprise, they only gave me the remaining 6 of my sandwich. Even though I had brought them two additional customers, they didn't offer a whole new sandwich. While they technically rectified their mistake, I felt a bit shortchanged, especially after bringing them more business.Pros: The sandwich was exactly as ordered and tasted great. Fresh bread. Hearty meat, which is not always the case at some Subway locations. The generous amounts of Pepperoni, Salami, and Ham were particularly impressive. Fresh vegetables.Cons: My initial Uber Eats order was only half a sandwich. On my second visit, I had hoped to enjoy a whole sandwich, but I only received the other half, even after bringing in two more customers.In conclusion, while I loved the sandwich and the ingredients were fresh, the overall experience was a bit time consuming. I'd rate them 3 out of 5 stars. However, I'm willing to give them another chance in the future, given the quality of the sandwich.
