The Cheese Steak Shop - Livermore

I absolutely love the half hoagie! Everything is so fresh and packed with flavor, and the staff is really friendly.

The sandwiches were fantastic, but the onion rings did not meet expectations. They were soggy and had a stale taste, with a burnt and overly crispy texture.

I had an amazing Classic Philly Cheesesteak at this restaurant, and I consider myself quite discerning when it comes to cheesesteaks. Having been to the original Cheesesteak shop in Philadelphia, I was thrilled to find that this one truly captured that authentic experience! The portion size was generous, and the blend of meat, cheese, and peppers was perfectly balanced. I've tried several cheesesteak places in the Bay Area, but many just can't compete with the portions served here. They really nailed it! Additionally, their garlic-seasoned regular Steak Fries were delicious too!

The food always tastes fantastic, but the packaging can be a bit too tight, causing the bread to become soggy from the steam. Aside from that, everything is excellent!

The sandwich was huge, I could only finish half.
