The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of delicious food, the staff are friendly and the service was excellent. The desserts were delightful.

Located on Brunswick Street, this restaurant is easily accessible, which is its only positive attribute. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. The staff was disrespectful, using profanity towards me and causing me distress. The drinks were served incorrectly and we were overcharged. The staff constantly argued with us, leading to a negative dining experience.

The fish was spongy and tasteless, and it didn't seem properly cooked. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff as the restaurant was very busy. When I finally spoke to the manager again and expressed my displeasure, he offered me another meal, but it was too late as everyone else had finished eating. He walked away without even offering me a drink. Having worked in bar restaurants myself, I knew the correct procedure for handling complaints. When I confronted the manager again, he seemed unhappy. I asked him what he was going to do about my complaint, and he eventually offered me a drink. I also mentioned that two of our party members couldn't make it due to an accident, and asked if they could get a refund. Unfortunately, he refused. After some discussion, I was given a glass of wine, which they later tried to charge me for. The only positive thing about the restaurant was that some of the staff were friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was disappointing that an evening I had been looking forward to for so long was marred by this experience.

The woman at the front of house made a mistake with our booking when we got there and we were 30 minutes late being seated. She did admit her mistake , apologied and set us up a table in the lounger, with some free drinks as compensation which I was very happy with. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We were also given a dessert for my partner who was 30. I thought this was excellent service as I wrote this on my online booking but had not mentioned it during my visit so this was brilliant attention to detail. Overall I was very satisfied
