Exploring around the wonderful Pier Head complex the rain started to lash it down so my twin brother Stephen and I ducked into The Fab4 Cafe and what a nice time we had. A great looking cafe ,light and airy, lovely decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Pier Head . We sat outside in their covered outside seating area after getting a coffee each, coffee's were served steaming hot, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular cafe. My coffee was really good, from the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve in this great cafe. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Fab4 Cafe is easy to locate in the ferry building on the Pier Head. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 10am till 5pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
Coffee was good, tables were clean, staff a bit slow. Tables were very crammed in with no space for my friend in a wheelchair to get about. There is a loo in the building which was a bonus!
Had quick break while waiting for riverboat tour. I had BLT and vanilla latte and my partner had hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and a tuna and sweetcorn sandwich, Bit overpriced at £23.20 considering sandwiches were prepacked and nothing special. Drinks were nice and accompanied by a dark mint chocolate.
What a great place with a caring and helpful manageress. Top marks to this woman that runs a very busy cafe. Well worth a visit. I said I would so I did!
