Frankie Benny's - Liverpool

I gave a three-star review about a year ago, primarily due to the noise from children running around and screaming as if it were the end of the world. While I understand that kids can be noisy, here’s a tip: when your children are that loud, it might be a good idea to keep them on a leash or find a way to calm them down, so other diners can enjoy their meals.

I had a wonderful experience here! The food was excellent, the staff was fantastic, and the place was very clean. There’s plenty of parking available as well. I will definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic meal—everything was piping hot, delicious, and there was plenty of it. The staff was amazing, especially our waitress Beccy, who was attentive and never seemed bothered by our requests. The tables were cleared promptly as soon as customers finished, so it didn't feel crowded with lingering guests. This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed it. Although I live closer to Edge Lane, the atmosphere, staff, and overall experience here are far superior. I will definitely be coming back. A solid 10!
