A bargain offer is the soup/pastry combo for £2.50. It was a spicy vegetable on the day I visited. It perhaps had a bit too much potato but was tasty, as was the chicken bake. The staff were friendly.
I ordered the sausage and bean vegan bake. I was not informed that it was served cold. When I inquired about getting a hot one, I was told there would be a 16-minute wait. I would have expected a place like Greggs to have a system in place to always have warm food available. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Additionally, most of the warm food display was empty, indicating that the food may have been leftover from the previous day as I visited early in the morning.
Before hitting the pubs and bars on Williamson Square namely Sweeney's Bar,Shiraz Bar and The Shakespeare Pub my twin brother Stephen and I decided to purchase some belly timber from Greggs along Richmond Street . My brother opted for a cheeky cheese pie while I opted for a couple of sausage rolls, although not allowed to eat inside till the 17th of May it was still great being able to buy and enjoy in my opinion the best sausage rolls in Liverpool, we enjoyed our snacks on Williamson Square before visiting the three pubs and bars . Well worth a look if you're on Williamson Square and easy to locate along Richmond Street.
Greggs can be found all over the UK, making it a convenient spot to pick up an affordable sandwich and coffee. Some locations even offer internet access, making it a great option for a budget-friendly meal.
