Mcdonald's - Liverpool

I have only visited this restaurant a few times alone, and each time they have been quick with my order. There is not much seating available, which is something they could improve upon. However, if you are in a hurry and just passing by, it is a decent option for a quick meal.

I have frequented this McDonald's many times before, but my most recent visit left me unsatisfied. I went to the counter to order a chicken BBQ smokehouse burger. The young girl at the counter didn't seem very happy, and instead of asking me nicely what I wanted to drink, she simply said "drink." I wasn't too surprised by her attitude as it was a busy store, and she had likely been working all day. When I received my meal and eagerly anticipated enjoying it on my way home, I was disappointed to find a beef burger in the bag instead of the chicken one I had ordered.

The staff was friendly and provided quick service. However, the lack of seating space was disappointing. The tables needed cleaning and the restaurant was messy, with dirty floors and overflowing bins. They need to do a deep clean and empty the bins more frequently.

Easy to order at the door machines. No queuing with a quick and smooth collection process. Very friendly Liverpudlian staff, nothing too much trouble to assist you.

We only wanted a late night snack and decided to eat here as it was opposite our hotel . Food was good and the girl serving us helped us choose the best option for value for money . Very busy but staff were great here
