The worst manager of Pret A Manger paradise street her name Kate .she kicked out and she did not see me what happened between me and her rude staff Karthik . I had issue with karthik coz he shouted at me and he was rude .but unfortunately Kate the manager did not believe me . She is the worst manager coz she kicked out and I m disable person Pret a manger don’t respect disable people

I pop in often as I work next door but prefer food from pret, service is what makes it for me tho, always friendly and kind without a fail!

This restaurant never disappoints and is a must for breakfast no matter where I am. The yogurt-coated cranberries are amazing and make for a healthy, sweet snack between meals. The brownie bar is an indulgent but absolutely delicious option. For a sandwich, I highly recommend the chef's sandwich with onions and pickles.

The staff is very friendly and always busy, creating a nice atmosphere. I always get my daily coffee here and it never disappoints.

The staff at this restaurant are truly amazing. I would give this Pret store five stars just for the staff alone. I spend a lot of time here and they are so welcoming and friendly, which is why I keep coming back. The staff work incredibly hard, despite the challenges they face with busy times and demanding customers. I have seen them handle abusive customers with professionalism and deserve recognition for their efforts. Having mystery shopped at many places in the past, I can confidently say that the staff here are top-notch. Thank you all for your exceptional service.
