Wow. Where to start! Go to this restaurant as soon as you can. Wonderfully imaginative plant based dishes. I can't wait to go back

I would have given it zero if I could. Don't waste your time and money in here. Much better restaurants available in Liverpool.

Lovely staff, friendly laid back atmosphere would got again for the Tavuk Shish (best ever tasted) but didn't like the filled potato skins.

We went here to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday with her and a group of her friends, a mixture of vegetarians, vegans and 2 lactose intolerant. I have to say that my husband and I are committed meat eaters and do were unsure of the food to start with. What can I say, there was no dish of which we tried many) that we missed the meat in. The tapas style dishes were hot, plentiful and very very tasty. We placed all the dishes in the middle of the table so that we could taste a variety and some were so nice thst we ended up ordering extra of them, especially the 'calamari ' and salt 'beef ' tacos. The staff were very helpful, especially when I phoned them during the week to order a surprise birthday cake for my daughter, they sent me a list of several to choose from and arranged for 21 to be piped on the top. The cake was huge and even though 9 of us had a slice she took over half the cake home with her. We will definetly be returning to veggie Republic to celebrate her graduation later in the year.

Meal with my daughter on Saturday. The food was fantastic. All freshly made and so tasty. So much choice, took us ages to decide what we wanted!! So refreshing to know everything is vegetarian without having to check. We will definitely be returning soon.
