After exploring several menus, we came across Wok&Go which offered a variety of vegan options. Despite arriving late and finding the kitchen staff preparing to close, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and kind. The noodles we ordered were delicious and we will certainly be coming back for more.
My son highly recommended this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try while in Liverpool, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Hot Box, which was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. The only downside was that there wasn't a lot of meat in the box, but it was still worth the price.
We ended up in Wok Go because Bazza hadn't planned any restaurants for the stag group. Bazza was impressed that we were the only ones in the restaurant and thought we were lucky. However, the establishment had no toilets or alcohol, which was disappointing after 8 hours of drinking. The food was decent, but some in the group suggested adding a cheese sandwich to the menu for variety. Overall, the food was okay, but not exactly what we were hoping for.
I’ve eaten from many wok n go’s, usually the rice boxes are full of ingredients; lots of crunchy veg and variety of tasty meats. The box I ordered lacked everything other than rice! Barely 3 pieces of meat, couple of pieces of broccoli and even very minimum bean sprouts, could not find any egg (picture attached). Definitely not worth £7.30, 3/4’s went in the bin. Really disappointed as I felt as if they were cutting costs at the customers expense.
Absolutely the worst Worst place you can go to in liverpool I ordered pad thai box which tasted like noodles with sugar. Pad thai s never like that, and i ordered katsu curry box but they gave indian curry instead Both food were just full of carrots We only had 4 pieces of meat even though we ordered large boxes. And who in the hell puts carrot in pad thai. Plus, both food had hairs inside, and uncooked rice and noodles as well.
