Ye Hole In Ye Wall - Liverpool

One of the best pubs in Liverpool. Large selection of beers and very friendly service. Cosy interior with a real fire to add to the ambience. Very high on my list of recommendations when you visit Liverpool.

My wife and I were on a cruise in Liverpool for the day and came for a pint we stayed for three (or was it four? What a great pub. Steve is the best! I love him. He even invited me behind the bar to pour my own pint while my wife made video. It won't be better than that! I love you Steve!!!! I can't wait to return. It was the highlight of our stay in Liverpool

I just arrived in Liverpool and stumbled in this pub on the basis of the good reviews. What I discovered was about everything I could imagine. Not only the best PUB in LIVERPOOL, BUT MAYBE ALL ENGLAND! In a beer and stayed all day. Steve is an absolute legend. You go to a stranger and go with a family of friends! If you travel in Liverpool, do yourself a favor, GO HERE and ask for Steve!

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with some of the locals. They even took the time to speak slowly so that us tourists could understand. Cheers to good beer as well!

If i could give this lovely place 100 stars, i would. Steve is THE MAN behind the bar and the locals (Ken and Tony to be specific) made this a stop i will never forget. Went in thinking we would have a single pint, ended up staying the rest of the afternoon. Very warm staff and the atmosphere was awesome. Do yourself a favor and stop in and make friends. If i ever end up even CLOSE to Liverpool, i will be making the trek to my favorite pub again! Cheers!
