When I realized that I needed to make a change, I worked with Sam on my thoughts, activity, and nutrition. I have lost over a stone in weight, can now walk long distances that I used to drive, and actually enjoy it. I have also transitioned to a mostly plant-based diet. Although my journey is not yet complete, I am a work in progress and I am now excited about living a longer life. I have discovered delicious new vegetarian and vegan foods and have newfound energy.
