Deco and room very typical for wagamammas, so no complaining there, but the staff are very on the side of the tip. it was late lunch and just a few.
I was absolutely famished after walking around the mall all day. I decided to order the tropical juice and the Wagamama ramen at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. We ended up waiting 15 minutes for our ramen to arrive.
I went to wagamama yesterday with my two daughters and had a pretty unpleasant experience. the food was good, but my daughter found a stone in her ram. fortunately, she threw it out when she bite or swallowed it could have been quite dangerous. she reported it to the waiter at the end of our meal, which showed some straight to empathy, and said he will show it to the manager. but after talking to another employee he returned with a card machine, took our payment without comment on the stone. When I look back, I feel like I had fixed and/or asked to see the manager. overall this situation was made too easy and we felt quite ignored by the personal. it would have been nice to be recognized for a mistake that was the disorder of the restaurant.
Came into the living room today and I was disappointed again. my sister, who had the same time as I had her meal very fast, but had to wait for my meal. this meant that when my meal arrived, her meal was already cold.
