Biggby Coffee - Livonia

I walked in never greeted me and it was very rude because the next white couple walked in and greeted with big smiles and yes I felt that was rude because I did the same thing but treated like I wasn’t welcome.

I'm doing keto and I needed a fattier milk in my coffee. I asked if they carried heavy cream, which they didn't, but the employee offered half and half instead. Very helpful!Glad this Biggby popped up close to my house!

Normally great inside. Went through the drive thru this morning and that was a mistake. My frozen salted caramel was just frozen coffee. Absolutely no flavor. Bitter and gross instead of the sweetness I was craving. Threw it out and was so disappointed

Bravo to this establishment! I was greeted with positive energy and encouraged to take my time on what I wanted to order, I was given information so that I can make a decision. And when I got to the window Alicia was so kind and pleasant telling me about the specials. I got my latte which happened to be $4 special today which was awesome and my bagel and they both were delicious!Great job, thank you, my new go-to!

Use the drive through all the time, the staff here are very helpful and always pleasant.
