Chipotle Mexican Grill - Livonia

I encountered issues with my order once again. Every time I request barbacoa, they always give me brisket instead. Additionally, they didn’t fill the bowl completely. The guacamole was also disappointing; it was brown and dark green. I really enjoy Chipotle, but this location has been the worst experience.

They appeared to be having a particularly hectic lunchtime. By 12:30 PM, they had run out of a few items, and the two ladies preparing our food seemed to be in a bad mood. The food was flavorful, but some of my favorite ingredients were missing, such as brown rice, fajita veggies, and chopped lettuce. I'm assuming this isn't typical, as it was my first time visiting this location. On the bright side, they had just introduced a new chipotle hot sauce, which was a nice touch. The chicken was a bit fatty, but it still tasted good. We all ordered chicken burrito bowls, which were delicious as always, although it was clearly a tough day for the staff.

I recently tried out a new Chipotle location through Grubhub delivery, and I had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and my order arrived earlier than expected. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted heartier and healthier compared to other Mexican restaurants I've been to—definitely a different experience! I highly recommend both Chipotle and Grubhub.

If I could give zero stars, then I would. I do not recommend. I ordered from the app my order wasn't ready for 36 minutes after it should've been. To make matters worse, I was missing items. The straw that broke the camel's back was the unapologetic staff. They just shrugged at their poor customer service. The manager stating that she didn't know how the fill orders from the app through the in-store line, as there were several people being served in the store while many of us were left waiting far past the pick up time for our prepaid food. It was a very bad experience.

AWESOME...I ordered the taco box for my son's moving dinner with his closest friends. The entire experience from ordering to picking up was effortless. The staff were accommodating, polite and showed genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction. The tacos were perfect and allowed everyone to enjoy a build your own taco bar( silverware, bowls, serving utensils included).
