The Middle-Eastern food was decent and the concept is good, but I was turned off by the rudeness of some of the employees, especially the lady at the end of the line who seems to be the manager. She was just very unfriendly and unhelpful. I tried asking another employee for the WiFi password only for him to direct me to her, who was very condescending and gave me the wrong password on top! So I'll try another location because I like the food, but not this one. If the leader is like that, the employees tend to take on the same personality. I didn't leave a tip, I was so displeased. I won't say the food is high restaurant quality, but very good shawarma for a quick casual kind of place.

I got to say this place above and beyond in every angle . I have been in Troy and and southfeid locations and both were great. Very large fresh portions with very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff and the place was spotless. Unlike Chipotle and Qdoba last few locations were disgusting, food everywhere, trash cans were full, on top of that the topping containers were empty. Will definately come again. Thanks to the management for doing an outstanding job.

Paul did an excellent job today! He was incredibly patient with my girlfriend and me during her first Mediterranean experience. The information he provided about what to choose was exceptional! I would rate this restaurant 10/10 and would love to eat here every week!

I tried to forget about this restaurant after two years because my experience was so terrible. If I could, I would give it no stars. The chicken was dry, the rice was just plain pilaf, and the sauces tasted store-bought and bland, especially the garlic sauce. It didn't feel like authentic Kabob at all. Nothing I ordered was redeemable; it all felt like eating cardboard.

I really liked the concept of the restaurant. You can choose from a wide variety of bases, vegetables, and toppings. We both had a bowl, and we enjoyed it quite a bit. My only complaint is that the total for two bowls and one lemonade came to $30, which felt a bit pricey.
