I attempted to correct the delivery address multiple times in the app, but although it allowed me to change it, it wouldn’t save the new address, indicating a malfunction. Despite the app issues, I called the store in hopes of resolving the matter. After all, everyone makes mistakes, and businesses often get a chance to make things right. However, that was not the case here. The store manager informed me that they would not offer any assistance. No credit for a future order, no refund, not even making two new pizzas for my family, who had already waited an hour and a half for this delivery fiasco. I was told it was my fault, and they wished me a pleasant evening. The pizza market is highly competitive, and I would recommend checking out Buddy's Pizza, Tomatoes Apizza, or Crispelli's Pizza in the area. You might spend a bit more, but you’ll receive quality food and excellent customer service.

In my experience, there’s no better pizza chain in the metro area—unless you consider Tomatoes Apizza to be a chain. While you might find a standalone Hungry Howie’s that excels, many others can’t match up. Papa John's has a great top-down management style that really comes through in their customer service. Although my nearest location closed down, I often felt judged whenever I racked up enough reward points to place an order. However, this location has a completely different vibe; they actually celebrate my achievements! One time, they even encouraged me to grab a complimentary 20oz soda from the fridge. Can you believe I only spent $2 for two pizzas? I highly recommend their garlic dipping sauce and pepperoncini. I do want to note that I’ve never had pizza delivered from here, so my rating doesn’t reflect delivery experiences with Papa John’s. You really can’t go wrong with this place!

I ordered online because I couldn't drive after having surgery. After waiting 35 minutes, I received a phone call informing me that there was a "glitch" with the ovens, resulting in my pizza being burned, and they needed to make a new one. My kids were already waiting, so I said it was fine to proceed. I ended up waiting another 40 minutes for just one pizza and one order of breadsticks! To make matters worse, I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation—no free item, no apology, no refund, nothing. With service like this, I can easily take my business elsewhere. They even have the audacity to state online that the delivery fee is not a tip, reminding customers not to forget to tip.

We talked to the team here about a week ago to see if they could do a huge order for our daughter’s first birthday. They were so helpful and amazing to work with . They did a fantastic job with getting the order for pizza and cheese bread to the house . The deliver driver, even helped set up the pizza and cheese bread. Highly recommend to all future events for anyone .

Horrible horrible pizza. Jets was closed so I decided to order from mama johns. Sausage pizza was horrible. Wings tasted undercooked, the philly.. sandwich was bland. The only 2 good things I got tonight were the breadsticks the crush soda. Spent $45 for food that was worth about $10. I’m sure I would have enjoyed it if I was wasted.
