P.f. Chang's Northville Township

The food here is not quite like what you find at other locations. It lacks the enticing aroma that I’ve come to expect. I’ve been a loyal customer of P.F. Chang's for many years and always order my favorite dishes, but after this experience, I don’t plan on returning. It felt more like a discounted version of the restaurant, with the food tasting more like cafeteria fare than the quality I’m used to.

The lighting was extremely bright, making the atmosphere feel more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. Additionally, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than tending to customers. I won't be returning.

The restaurant had trouble connecting with OpenTable, which resulted in us being placed at the end of the line alongside other walk-ins. We were disappointed to wait for 12 minutes. However, the server was fantastic! Overall, there was equal frustration with OpenTable as well.

Our server Dominic was the best, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Good as as always is great at PF’s

The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is wonderful and so is the Won Ton soup.
