Qdoba Mexican Eats - Livonia

Placed my mobile order by 1:25. my order should be finished by 1:35. it's 1:55 and I haven't eaten yet. they did not even begin to make my quesadilla, and I have observed that 2 other workers just wander behind the register, which does nothing with the order of customers, although they are obviously behind them. not to mention a worker who wears a mask on his kinn....what is the point kumpel? if it is not necessary, as I do not suspect, since no one wears them, he must feel under the weather, which means that I do not want to breathe it especially on my eating. the girl who treated my order also did not wear gloves. my order was tortured together, missing serviettes, side of the acid looked and guacamole, as desired. I would strongly advise to get another fast service food place in this plaza unless they wait 30 minutes for a queen. unsanitary, slow and a waste of their time/money as a customer.

It's good. this qdoba location is somehow better than its competitive fast casual Mexican chain, which is close to it. it just tried the new garnel and steak bowl and it was great. I like that they do not charge extra for the assignment of guacamole and/or queso.

The job was not there where you were standing near the picture, they did not know how to make the Cheesy Queens they offered. Charge me $2.50 for a half of the chips pocket they forget to give me the first time after buying a mini-shell. overload underserved. the answer was that we only work here. sm

Terrible service and always from everything. someone made a drink and it was on the floor. none of the employees did everything to clean it, only expected all customers to walk around it. I asked for a water cup and the casser said I don't see one, so we don't let people drink water today .go after chipotle.

I made an order earlier this week and I have sent multiple contact requests to Qdoba with no return contact, so I suppose it’s time for a review then. We ordered on the app and the app indicated no ingredients were out. When I got my bowl home, there was no queso (but it had my ordered side of queso? , no cheese, no sour cream, no fajita veggies, and no salsa at all (I ordered 3 different salsas . My bf bowl also had no salsa on it at all. Also, portions were significantly smaller than prior orders at this location. I have not received a refund or any return contact when I submitted my complaint to Qdoba both via their website and the app. Honestly, this is horribly disappointing.
