Feedback gevenIt's great for what it is but just not as good as it used to be.... service was awesome they where quick witty and good but as with most places these days prices don't reflect what the food is worth came in with some buddy's had a good meal but it used to be better got fried salmon they where more breading then salmon and the frys where cheap not good like the old days burgers and wraps where good but not worth the 17 dollar price tag atmosphere was great it's still a good place just not great we spent 100 bucks for four of us and where still a bit hungry 20 minutes after we left all in all corporate needs to step there game up if you want to bring in more return business.
Food was excellent. They had gluten free buns and an app that helps you find what dishes you can make GF. That was helpful. However, we had a large party and we didn't ask to sit exactly together, but near each other. They did not do it. When we were the last to be seated of our group. We were brought to a section that had 4 empty tables literally right next to each other. Kinda an F you move. Our other party was not in sight range. The waitress was nice.
The burnin love has always been my favorite this time I tried it with a chicken patty and it turned out good. Although beef patty is still my favorite.
My food arrived almost cold the server immediately offered to replace the entire meal with fresh hot version and said that I wouldn't have to pay for my meal. Manager delivered the meal soon afterward, apologized, made sure I was happy. My wife's meal was fine as expected. The food and the experience was otherwise very good.
Went on a Saturday at 630. We were seated right away and it wasn't that busy. We had to wait almost an hour for a soup and salad and also a burger. Not the servers fault, she even said the kitchen was a little backed up! The coke I got was very watered down and looked like weak ice tea. When I asked for additional fries (they have bottomless fries) I was told it would take a while. This was by far the worst service I have had at this location. I would have expected a manager to come out and apologize for the lengthy delay. With this kind of service I expect it to not last too long.
