Shake Shack Livonia

I went to shake shack the other day and was greeted by the most handsome gentlemen ever. Evan Wozniak was a Super Employee. He helped me and my family out greatly. We have never been to shake shack before but Evan helped me order, he promised me a fanum tax free experience. Although they were out of grimace shakes, I was able to settle on the Oreo shake with help from Evan’s smooth sale skills. After I ate my delicious meal, Evan came over and helped me clean up our table and telling us we should come back soon. The only negative thing is when I went to the bathroom I heard some loud noise from an employee named Ben, Ben claimed he was completing his 4 day edging streak to baby gronk. Other than that the service was amazing and I truly believe Evan deserves a raiseThank you-Aaron

Single burger is tasty but quite small and quite expensive.

Update This food is mushy slop, the service is horrible and not worth the price or hassle. There was nobody in line and my kid and I had to wait a while for our food to be made. We received our food missing one of our two orders of fries and the burger looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The fries we did receive were mushy and the burger bun was crispy on the half that is not wrapped in their wax paper. Also, the shake had big chunks of ice it and was hard to drink. My five year old who likes shakes couldn't drink it because of the big chunks of ice. Overall, the food and service at this place is not worth the price. I need to preface this was my first visit to shake shack.Update to shake shack: why would I keep my receipt? I am not looking for a handout. My wife paid and we were there this past Monday close to 5:00 PM if you want to look up the transaction in your system. I should have taken a picture of the food. From a management perspective, service, taste, and quality if you want to charge higher prices for food that looks, feels, and has the consistency worse than McDonalds. You should hook up with the local jail to serve your food to the inmates. #prisonfood
