Tin Cup - Livonia

Fridays are and always will be fish dinners for me. The fish and chips at the Tin Cup fits that bill to a tee. Our server Beth was friendly and personable. Being a little too cold for golf we ended our meal with hot toddy from the bar.

If they were not attached to the golf course you couldn't pay people to dine here. Tables are virtually empty when the course is packed with golfers. I ordered fish tacos. I've never seen less effort put into a meal. Just a complete joke. I wish the city of Livonia would bounce them. It's really nice facility.

Was out for St. Patrick 's Day and decided to stop in lunchtime to meet my friend. Most of the tables were put together and reserved. I did find a small table and was told I could sit at it. After a few drinks, while waiting for my friend and husband, the owner approached me and asked me when I was l leaving. Mind you, most tables were still empty. I explained that I was was waiting on a few people . She then told me I needed to leave now . I asked why, and she the told me lunch was over and the entire restaurant was reserved. She continued to argue and was extremely rude to me. I have been coming to this bar/restaurant for a few years and was shocked to be treated by an OWNER this way. Just a heads up on this place.

Great food, home made items, friendly staff. Good variety on the menu from burgers to pork chops, pizza to home made chili. Variety of cold beers on tap. My family and I enjoyed our selves and will be heading back again soon.

Overall, everyone enjoyed their meals, and the service was outstanding. The only thing that fell a bit flat was the side salad, which consisted of limp spring mix greens with some cucumbers and cheese croutons. The Southwest wrap could have benefited from a side of salsa or some seasoning on the chicken to enhance its flavor. I ordered the chicken breast dinner with Cajun rub, which was incredibly flavorful! I thought the Southwest wrap could have used some of that rub as well. I was pleased to find the chicken was very moist. The restaurant has plenty of TVs, and since it caters to golfers, there’s a good selection of beer. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!
