A very pleasant discovery. They offered us an entrée and a dill flavored butter, which was splendid. We ordered an appetizer, a first course, two second courses and a dessert. I chose Egg at 63° and it was exquisite, like my second course, the potato and mushroom tartare. I don't think other restaurants in Livorno can offer such a level and care in the choice of raw materials. Excellent dishes, with truly surprising combinations. Impeccable service in a pleasant and clean environment. Unfortunately I didn't take photos. Well done Chef!
