We visited il Prosciuttaio for a fast lunch, attracted by the reviews and it was a very good option. The restaurant is simple, more oriented to take-away than to dining in but the food was very good. Super stuffed sandwiches and focaccias. Condiments to choose from among those displayed in the window or from the menu on the various shelves with attached stools. Everything fresh and genuine. The variety is really great. The embarrassment of choice is a very strong component to counter when faced with so much choice. We ate sitting on the stools inside the structure, taking the opportunity to take a break after visiting the aquarium. The venue is very beautiful. The furnishings are imaginative, full of colors and homemade elements. It was a good lunch that we had the opportunity to have.

We were passing through Livorno and stopped to see the Mascagni terrace and to grab a quick bite to eat, a great place! The sandwiches are really very good and plentiful, the quality of the ham was also good. Very rich menu with various creams made by them. Fast service and the girls are very good at giving advice.
