Briana was the manager on duty she was super nice and extremely accommodating. The food was horrible it looks as if the baked the chicken and poured sauce on it no smoked or grilled taste whatsoever. The best part of the meal was the toast and sprite. I do not recommend this establishment I didn’t think anyone could screw up barbecue but that’s no longer true.

We were the wait was 30 minutes, we said OK. Then we were told it would have to be to go because they were closing because they didn't have enough kitchen staff. It was 7 o'clock on a Saturday. We justeft.

Employees are kind and helpful, and the food was delicious! We ordered ribs and had fries, texas toast, cole slaw, and beans as sides, and they all were cooked properly and tasted good! All the bbq sauces were tasty, though we liked the honey flavor the best. We will head back again! Great first visit! Enjoy!Parking: plenty of parking... and outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade. great visit and we will be back again!

Update my second visit sucked because I couldn’t get service because of short staff 11/2 an hour before closing time I even brought a few more mouths to feed extremely disappointed. 1st review Martisha was fabulous. Super kind and courteous so kind in fact I ordered more food. The food here I heard was amazing so I had to try myself.

Hard to say how the experience would have been. Traveling through town Monday night and needed a Shanes chicken finger fix. Google said open till 9pm, and it was 8:15 when we arrived. Pulled off freeway and found Shanes. Walked in as normal, but looked like a meeting or something with people/employees in the side seating area. Employee walked to front counter and asked if I had ordered online (I hadn 't) and then said that they were closed. no explanation given.I wasn 't going to argue about it (with someone possibly making my food) so we went elsewhere, but I was disappointed with the early closing without any signs or anything. Double checked the hours on the door and it showed open till 9pm (weeknight).Moral of the story- maybe call ahead if you are close to closing time.
