Veganka - Ljubljana

Last week, my friends from Ljubljana gave me Veganka Mushroom spread and yoghurt. I am trying to make it last as long as possible, but it's hard to resist the urge to dip everything savory into it to taste its wonderful flavor. Despite being called a spread, it's more like a cream. I even thought about trying it on my lips to have the mushroom scent with me all day, although maybe that's not a good idea. The yoghurt is healthy, not sweet, and not thick. I mixed it with figs and bananas. I can't wait to try more of Veganka's products when I visit Slovenia again, especially the Namaz Z Jurčki, which was a real treat.
